	Terms of Sale and Conditions.

1	All goods sold and supplied as described are authenticated
	to the best of our knowledge, and are sold with certificates and/or
	other documentation to support the integrity of the items,
	where applicable.

2	No returns will be considered without prior arrangements.

3	South African legal tender gold coins are zero rated supply
	and VAT is charged at zero rate. All other prices listed
	are inclusive of South African VAT at the current 14%
	ruling rate unless specified otherwise.

4	Goods are only dispatched after confirmation
	and verification by the bank and ourselves, that the clearance of payment
	has been established.
	Conditions apply with credit card payments.

5	Dispatching of items will be as per the clients instruction.
	The following options are available:
	Insured / uninsured courier.
	Overnight mail, registered mail.
	Any other method of dispatch mutually agreed upon.
	We cannot be held liable for loss or damage
	once the item has left our premises, should insurance
	not have been requested.

6	We offer a 3 payment option to collectors wishing to secure
	items but need a bit of time. This requires a 1/3rd payment at
	time of purchase, a 1/3rd payment 30 days after purchase
	and the final 1/3rd payment 60 days after purchase.
	Kindly only use this option if you can commit to it.
	Goods are released and dispatched after the final payment
	has been cleared. This is subject to prior arrangements
	for numismatic items.

7	Kindly arrange an appointment to view items as the majority
	of items listed are not kept on the premises.

	Privacy Policy.

1	All details and communications forwarded to us is confidential
	and is only utilised for purposes of processing your order.
	We may forward communications to you from time to time.

	Disclaimer.

1	While every precaution is taken to ensure the accuracy and
