Key Details of the GRC Krugerrand Set

• Minting & Mark: Struck at the Gold Reef City (GRC) Mint, a private mint licensed by the South African Mint. Each coin features a distinct "GRC" mint mark.
• Historic Press: The coins were minted on the "Oom Paul" (Uncle Paul) press, originally used in 1892, making them significant for numismatists.
• Note that while the GRC-specific coins began in 1987, the standard Krugerrand was first minted by the South African Mint in 1967.
